This course provides opportunities to explore the causes of interpersonal stress and to develop Mindfulness in the midst of relationship. Skillful awareness reveals limiting habits, and can lead to greater ease with oneself and all kinds of relationships.
This is a practice that can bring clarity, compassion and awareness into daily life and relationships. The meditations are done in pairs with another member of the class. Silent meditation, Loving kindness and Compassion meditations are interwoven with the listening and speaking meditations and regular re-centering in stillness.
Previous mindfulness meditation experience is required.
